Lifehouse rocked!
This concert was all about Daughtry for me! I recognized more than I thought I would. They are a good recorded band, but they kicked serious butt live! Daughtry was good. The energy was awesome, the sound was great! His bassist was really good. I loved the cover of Phil Collins' In the Air Tonight. I have always liked Lifehouse and thought Lifehouse was pretty good. I was amazed! Wish they had played longer. My husband is the Christmas with the Petersens fan and this concert was a birthday present for him. Daughtry's voice was pretty rough (not in a good way) and he couldn't carry all his notes. I HATE playing the game where they pretend that the concert is over and leave the stage. Daughtry invited Jason Wade of Lifehouse to sing with him. It was worth it though. Then we all have to scream and bang on stuff for 10 minutes for them to come finish the set. Overall a good concert. I think Lifehouse is just one of those artists that sound better recorded. Lifehouse however blew me away live!
